The book is paper bound, with the front cover detached and the back cover missing. The front cover has some damage along the edges. The book’s last page (page 356) has a corner missing. There is also a handwritten name and date on the 1881 program page – presumably that of a previous owner. The pages of the book are very lightly tanned, but otherwise clean and easily read. The string-binding has several broken strings. Considering the faults listed above, the body of the book is still in good condition.
